Our ‘Let Only’ fee includes marketing, conduction of viewings, reference checking & completion of contractual paperwork.
Our ‘Management’ fee includes all of the above as well as rent collection, organising of legal checks such as Gas Safety Certificates, EPC’s & EICR’s, organising of necessary contractor quotes/works & bi-annual inspections of the property.
